Horizon launch preparations - only 2 weeks to go!

It's getting VERY busy at HTK, with just 2 weeks until we launch Horizon.  Some very cool features are now coming together, like...

... our multi-step campaign builder, that lets you create time-sequenced campaigns and measure your success rates.  Outbound messages can be sent using email, SMS text and even outbound IVR, with inbound web landing pages and personalised IVR to capture your leads or offer personalised customer self-service.

Our Beta customers seem to like the ability to handle their SMS and email campaigns in one place, sending messages to each contact based on their personal preferences and measuring the engagement results across all channels through a single report.

... and our very snazzy geographic segmentation tool, that lets you (yes, you guessed it) segment your customers geographically for location-based marketing and customer servce.
