Job specification This is a new role within the company, and an exciting challenge. Starting as a team of one, you will devise, package and deliver a range of professional service offerings for HTK clients, from SME to corporate and central government, supporting their use of HTK Horizon software. As your success grows, you will recruit and build an exceptional team around you. You will have a track-record of success in a start-up environment, with a proven ability to lead from the front and develop a multi-£m line of business. An expert practitioner in the field of digital marketing and/or contact-centre automation, you will be responsible for revenue growth within the existing customer base through the delivery of best-practice consultancy, hands-on implementation support and user training. You will also help to close new business through pre-sales customer engagement and bid-support. An excellent communicator, a creative thinker and a business leader, you will help to position HTK as a thought-leader in the business application of web, email, voice, mobile and social-media communication to increase sales, reduce costs and build customer loyalty. HTK has ambitions growth plans, and you will play a key part in that overall success. |
