How do I find my way around Horizon?

You don’t need to be a marketing expert or professional web designer to understand how to use Horizon. It’s been designed to be quick and easy to use, with some very cool features that you’ll discover along the way.  

The first thing you need to do is get comfortable with using the Horizon user interface, or “UI”.

How do I get support?

If you've got a problem with Horizon, we'd really like to know!

Our support team will be really grateful if you can do a little prep before contacting them; for example getting a screenshot of the error you're seeing or noting the steps they would need to follow to reproduce the issue.  The more information you can provide about the problem you're having, the better.

Here's what you need to do:

Horizon Enterprise customers

We'll respond as soon as we can, based on our service level agreement (SLA)

1. Call our Service Desk on 0800 368 4040 (UK) or +44 870 600 2313 (International)

2. Or, email our Service Desk on support@htk.co.uk

3. Note that for urgent problems, especially out of hours, we'd prefer you to call.

Horizon Professional customers
