The first step can often be the hardest, so we try to make it simple.  Our Discovery Workshop will facilitate an open conversation to help us understand your business, show you what’s possible and explore the potential benefit through a proof-of-concept or trial. Best of all, it’s absolutely free.

Once we’ve identified the areas where Horizon can help to achieve your business goals, we’ll work on the measures of success. Through shared understanding, clear objectives and real-time reporting, we’ll make sure you’re confident that progress is being made, every step of the way.

Achievement

Once the results are in, and the system is established and working well, it’s time to start evolving your customer strategy.  Our Client Care Plus program is designed to provide the ongoing support, education and advice that you need to keep on delivering benefit to you and your customers.

Environment

We’re based in Ipswich, on the east coast of the UK, about an hour from London. The office is typically hi-tech, with everyone having at least five monitors (last time I checked!) and the latest gizmos around every corner.  It’s an interesting combination of techno-geek meets business-guru.
