“We are very proud to be commended for this award so soon after we launched the Birmingham Community Alert service.  This really shows the great benefit this system is bringing to the citizens of Birmingham allowing them free access to emergency alerts and messages during incidents.”

“We believe the system is leading the way in which the public get access to vital information during emergencies, and we have worked very hard with our supplier HTK to make sure we developed an effective system that meets the needs of our communities.”
