Stewart Davies
Non-Executive Chairman

Stewart Davies was the chief executive officer for BT Exact — BT’s research, technology and IT operations business until March 2005.

Marlon Bowser
Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Marlon founded HTK in 1996, with responsibility for technical direction and core applications development. In 2003 Marlon adopted the role of CEO to lead the company into position as a leading managed service provider.

Justin Bowser
Managing Director, HTK Online

Justin leads the ‘online’ business division within HTK, with responsibility for all web-based sales of Horizon.  Previous roles at HTK have included Operations Director and Director of Public Sector.  Justin holds a first class honours degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Sheffield, and is married with two young children.

John Martyn
Chief Financial Officer

John has over 15 years experience in software and hi-tech businesses, based both in Cambridge and internationally. He was financial controller at ARM Holdings and later CFO for Geneva Technology before its merger with Convergys Inc in 2001, when he took over as their European CFO.

Jonathan Hopper
Chief Technical Officer

Jonathan has over 25 years’ experience at CxO level in the software, mobile and telco industries. Expertise includes CRM, mobile, web, self-service, BSS/OSS, triple-play, RFID, WiFi and predictive analytics.  Previous roles include CTO at The Cloud Networks and Technology Director at Smart421.  Jonathan is a Chartered IT Professional (CITP) and holds an MBA in Technology Management.

Adrian Gregory
Founder and Company Secretary

Adrian co-founded HTK with Marlon Bowser in 1996.  His extensive experience of the telecommunications industry was gained in a wide range of engineering and commercial roles during a 28 year career with BT. He became interested in IVR in 1990 when appointed BT's Speech Applications Product Development Manager.
